After a defensive mix-up in Guampacha AFC's zone, Nunez Johans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patricio Colon came out of the goal and Nunez Johans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Pedro Heriberto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patricio Colon was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. If Nunez Johans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedro Heriberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patricio Colon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nunez Johans's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 15th minute, Pedro Heriberto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patricio Colon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 18th minute Nunez Johans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Colon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 minutes of play, Lavarello F.C's Pedro Heriberto made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patricio Colon was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Nunez Johans's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patricio Colon was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. If Nunez Johans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clodoveo Haimar during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 41 played minutes Lavarello F.C got a freekick which was hit by Clodoveo Haimar. Pedro Heriberto took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patricio Colon. Patricio Colon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Chan to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Lavarello F.C's Pedro Heriberto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Patricio Colon. Patricio Colon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Nunez Johans's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Patricio Colon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Moises Rudolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Gonza, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Cornelio Hurko hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Joel Eutropio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Guampacha AFC's Patricio Colon didn't even have to move. Nunez Johans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Johans got free with Patricio Colon in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Heriberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Guampacha AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lavarello F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
