The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee felt a red card was in order, 4 minutes into the game, when Benicio Bittor put in a rough tackle. Benicio Bittor hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Tu Viaje Con Amigos's Timoteo Tuste got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alberto Tolino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Lonzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Aristides Elazar made a huge save. Alberto Tolino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Tolino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Elazar having to interfere. Aristides Elazar came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Monte Olivia's Alberto Tolino. But to his dismay, Alberto Tolino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Alberto Tolino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nestor Lano charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nestor Lano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, Nestor Lano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alberto Tolino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Teodoro Phelipe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monte Olivia's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Phelipe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristides Elazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angelino Senio struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Tomás Pierres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tu Viaje Con Amigos.

After a defensive mix-up in Tu Viaje Con Amigos's zone, Alberto Tolino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristides Elazar came out of the goal and Alberto Tolino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Aldo Lonzo came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Monte Olivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aldo Lonzo couldn't finish the play. After 62 played minutes Tu Viaje Con Amigos got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Lano. Alberto Tolino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Alberto Tolino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monte Olivia's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tolino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 68th minute Alfredo Beltxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Elazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alberto Tolino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Elazar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aldo Lonzo went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Teodoro Phelipe kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. A hard shot by Timoteo Tuste from long distance, 85 minutes into the match, got Tomás Pierres's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tolino in the 87th minute of play forced Tu Viaje Con Amigos's goalkeeper Aristides Elazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Aldo Lonzo made a precise shot to the right of Aristides Elazar. Tu Viaje Con Amigos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Tu Viaje Con Amigos's Aristides Elazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Olayo in the 92nd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Monte Olivia's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Senio came free, but Tomás Pierres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Tu Viaje Con Amigos booed when Monte Olivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Bakar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Monte Olivia's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
