Monte Olivia's Tomás Pierres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Lluterio in the 4th minute of play. The long shot by Hernan Oton in the 6th minute really tested Tomás Pierres's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Monte Olivia's Tomás Pierres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Lluterio in the 7th minute of play. With a little luck, Monte Olivia's Tomás Pierres got control of the ball when Cristobal Constancio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Monte Olivia booed when Balrak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Chucho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Monte Olivia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alberto Tolino in the 15th minute. A nice corner shot did that Alberto Tolino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ján Uchiha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 17 minutes into the game, Marcelino Botello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balrak's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monte Olivia the free kick. In the 22nd minute, Hugo Lluterio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Monte Olivia's goalkeeper Tomás Pierres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristobal Constancio. In the 27th minute, Raul Olayo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monte Olivia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Raul Olayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ján Uchiha having to interfere. Raul Olayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Tolino struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Ján Uchiha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monte Olivia. Monte Olivia's Raul Olayo got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomás Pierres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Lluterio in the 42nd minute of play. Raul Olayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ján Uchiha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 minutes of play, Balrak's Cristobal Constancio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomás Pierres was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugo Lluterio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Edgardo Francesco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 52nd match minute, Monte Olivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Francesco to maneuver through the defense. Hernan Oton charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hernan Oton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ján Uchiha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Phelipe in the 59th minute of the match. After having played for 64 minutes, Raul Olayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monte Olivia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Olayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Raul Olayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monte Olivia's supporters rose to their feet, but Raul Olayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ján Uchiha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tolino got free with Ján Uchiha in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raul Olayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Raul Olayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ján Uchiha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the game, Aldo Lonzo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ján Uchiha. Aldo Lonzo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. 78 minutes into the match, Balrak's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Olayo came free, but Ján Uchiha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Raul Olayo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 83 minutes, Alberto Tolino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monte Olivia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tolino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Danilo Ilazki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aldo Lonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ján Uchiha having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Cristobal Constancio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomás Pierres was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Ján Uchiha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Olayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Urti in the 94th minute of play forced Monte Olivia's goalkeeper Tomás Pierres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
