The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Pes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Haedo AFC's Amador Benvide got a free kick in the 10th minute. Urbano Furtado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Emanuel Pes made a huge save. 13 minutes into the match, Cataclismo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Benvide came free, but Emanuel Pes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignacio Cordario made in the 22nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Bartolo Oliverio however managed to control. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Amador Benvide managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haedo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amador Benvide was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Pes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Amador Benvide kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emanuel Pes. That made the score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. Urbano Furtado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Emanuel Pes made a huge save. In the 34th minute, Lucio Venerando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Haedo AFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Bartolo Oliverio hit a great ball. After 45 played minutes Haedo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amador Benvide. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Serafin Oroitz made a kick off. Serafin Oroitz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Ruperto Lleir skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Emanuel Pes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Furtado in the 54th minute of play. Serafin Oroitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ruperto Lleir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haedo AFC's Ruperto Lleir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Oroitz in the 58th minute of play. Ladislao Gitano's late challenge caught a Haedo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ladislao Gitano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th match minute, Cataclismo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Gitano to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jairo Ubelteso during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The throw-in from Ignacio Cordario in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cataclismo FC's Domingo Satordi. After 78 played minutes Cataclismo FC got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Loren. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Oliverio in the 82nd minute of play forced Cataclismo FC's goalkeeper Emanuel Pes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Bartolo Oliverio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Pes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Cataclismo FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Haedo AFC had won, even though Cataclismo FC had held more of the ball.
