The referee showed Osvaldo Loren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 2nd match minute, Cataclismo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Loren to maneuver through the defense. The Cataclismo FC fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Cataclismo FC's Serafin Oroitz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 10th match minute, Nogoyá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Ekialde to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute Isidoro Ekialde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Pes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafin Oroitz struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Silvio Federigo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cataclismo FC. Serafin Oroitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st minute, Zeledon Deunoro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emanuel Pes. The goal made the score 1-1. Benito Jakobe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Emanuel Pes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Gabriel Nabar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cataclismo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nogoyá the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cataclismo FC's Gabriel Nabar got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute of the match Felipe Perico sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emanuel Pes skillfully saved the ball. In the 30th minute, Serafin Oroitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serafin Oroitz in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvio Federigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emanuel Pes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Deunoro in the 34th minute. Silvio Federigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Loren in the 39th minute of the match. If Serafin Oroitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidoro Ekialde to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Benito Jakobe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nogoyá fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Emanuel Pes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Jakobe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gabriel Nabar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 60 minutes had been played. The supporters of Nogoyá booed when Cataclismo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Nabar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cataclismo FC's Domingo Satordi got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silvio Federigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Satordi in the 67th minute of play. Domingo Satordi fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 70th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Domingo Satordi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Silvio Federigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvio Federigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Satordi in the 73rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Alfredo Eli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cataclismo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Eli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvio Federigo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cataclismo FC's Domingo Satordi got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Domingo Satordi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Silvio Federigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Nereo Bladi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cataclismo FC's Lucio Venerando quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Lucio Venerando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafin Oroitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Federigo having to interfere. Nogoyá's Silvio Federigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Gitano in the 92nd minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Nogoyá could leave the field as winners, despite Cataclismo FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
