When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Amador Benvide sped through LUJAN SPORT CLUB's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carolo Primeiro. Amador Benvide blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carolo Primeiro having to make a save. After having played for 13 minutes, Angel Criston managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LUJAN SPORT CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Criston was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ruperto Lleir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luciano Sanchez went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Urbano Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angel Criston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ruperto Lleir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Haedo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Ilixo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Ilixo in the 34th minute of play forced LUJAN SPORT CLUB's goalkeeper Carolo Primeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amador Benvide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Primeiro having to interfere. Eliseo Neto charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliseo Neto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in LUJAN SPORT CLUB fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 48th minute. Penalty! The LUJAN SPORT CLUB players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Haedo AFC were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angel Criston made a kick off. Haedo AFC's Amador Benvide got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urbano Furtado got free with Carolo Primeiro in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Angel Criston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bartolo Oliverio during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Haedo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Oliverio to maneuver through the defense. Amador Benvide struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Carolo Primeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haedo AFC. When Urbano Furtado in the 70th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Carolo Primeiro kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-3 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. When Urbano Furtado came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Haedo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbano Furtado couldn't finish the play. Urbano Furtado who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Carolo Primeiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ruperto Lleir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Criston, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 minutes, Mauro Ilixo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haedo AFC and the LUJAN SPORT CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mauro Ilixo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. LUJAN SPORT CLUB's Eliseo Neto couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Haedo AFC. The supporters of LUJAN SPORT CLUB booed when Haedo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Ilixo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carolo Primeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Benvide in the 93rd minute of play. Urbano Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Primeiro having to interfere. 98 minutes into the match, LUJAN SPORT CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Benvide came free, but Carolo Primeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donato Txilar hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. When Angel Criston fell near the penalty area in the 99th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LUJAN SPORT CLUB's protests and gave Angel Criston a yellow card for diving instead. In the 100th minute, Angel Criston hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Haedo AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
