Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 20) Cafferata's Erubiel Ostargi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benito Jakobe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Siro Nahia made a huge save. If Erubiel Ostargi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isidoro Ekialde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Nahia having to interfere. Paulo Nazario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Benito Jakobe came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Nogoyá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Jakobe couldn't finish the play. Hector Caetano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Silvio Federigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Caetano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvio Federigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Erubiel Ostargi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Nogoyá's Silvio Federigo. Silvio Federigo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute, Samuel Dolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidoro Ekialde to strike the kick off in the second half. Siro Nahia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Ekialde in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, one of Cafferata:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cafferata. The referee gave Nogoyá a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Felipe Perico, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cafferata's Siro Nahia. 1-2. In the 64th play minute Hector Caetano came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Silvio Federigo. 1-3. Isidoro Ekialde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Siro Nahia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute of the match Felipe Perico shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Siro Nahia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Nogoyá booed when Cafferata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Feliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute of the match Felipe Perico shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Siro Nahia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Isidoro Ekialde notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Cafferata's Siro Nahia. Siro Nahia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Siro Nahia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Ekialde in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Hector Caetano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cafferata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Caetano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cafferata's Siro Nahia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Ekialde in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th match minute, Cafferata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Eudoxio to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cafferata eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
