Elpidio Micael hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Santos Furman's shot from long distance in the 6th minute was not bad at all, but Voltio Futbol Club's Cayetano Eladio knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Corralito AFC's Silvano Estebano got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aristides Telo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Zacarias Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rigoberto Hurko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cayetano Eladio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Bermudez, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Prospero Bermudez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvano Estebano in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cayetano Eladio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Silvano Estebano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Eladio having to interfere. Zacarias Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Telo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Rigoberto Hurko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Zacarias Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zacarias Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Telo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute of the match Voltio Futbol Club got a corner. Corralito AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Salvador Iyan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Salvador Iyan made a great header on Voltio Futbol Club's corner, it was just that Corralito AFC's Zacarias Azevedo managed to reach the ball for a save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Prospero Bermudez made a kick off. A collision led to Corralito AFC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Armando Iratxo hit a great ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Salvador Iyan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Voltio Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Iyan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aristides Telo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Corralito AFC's Silvano Estebano got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 67 played minutes, Corralito AFC's Ambrosio Dalmu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cayetano Eladio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Corralito AFC reached it. Silvano Estebano took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cayetano Eladio. Cayetano Eladio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 72nd minute, Silvano Estebano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cayetano Eladio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvano Estebano's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute Rigoberto Hurko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Pelayo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Corralito AFC's goalkeeper Zacarias Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Corralito AFC's Zacarias Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Telo in the 85th minute of play. Elvio Honesto charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elvio Honesto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Voltio Futbol Club booed when Corralito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Honesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Corralito AFC's goalkeeper Zacarias Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rigoberto Hurko. Prospero Bermudez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Eladio having to interfere. If Rigoberto Hurko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Despite being the better team, Voltio Futbol Club failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
