Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Angel Criston started the match with the kick off. Siro Nahia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Sanchez in the 9th minute of play. Siro Nahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Sanchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, LUJAN SPORT CLUB's Cleto Eyague got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, one of LUJAN SPORT CLUB:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LUJAN SPORT CLUB. Erubiel Ostargi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Carolo Primeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Caetano in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carolo Primeiro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Cafferata's Delmar Bide got a free kick in the 34th minute. Hector Caetano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LUJAN SPORT CLUB's Carolo Primeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Ostargi in the 39th minute of play. Siro Nahia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Sanchez, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Erubiel Ostargi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to LUJAN SPORT CLUB getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Cleto Eyague hit a great ball. In the 57th match minute, LUJAN SPORT CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Txilar to maneuver through the defense. Siro Nahia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Criston in the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st match minute, Cafferata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Feliz to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute, Hector Caetano made a precise shot to the right of Carolo Primeiro. LUJAN SPORT CLUB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 80th minute, Cafferata's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luciano Sanchez fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Ostargi in the 84th minute of play forced LUJAN SPORT CLUB's goalkeeper Carolo Primeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Cleto Eyague hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cafferata's Delmiro Vasco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carolo Primeiro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 95th minute Hector Caetano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Primeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Angel Criston managed to get in a good position for a shot. LUJAN SPORT CLUB's supporters rose to their feet, but Angel Criston was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siro Nahia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cafferata fans cheered their team off the field, for while LUJAN SPORT CLUB had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
