Spectators: 7022 (Terracing: 5397, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Arnaldo Mirande started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roque Abalos during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Narciso Aznar was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 4th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Club Atletico Tonomac's Emilio Matai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Ospetsu in the 6th minute of play. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico Tonomac's goalkeeper Emilio Matai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fernando Ospetsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serafino Vincent hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Tonomac's zone, Bartolo Llope stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Matai came out of the goal and Bartolo Llope tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute Arturo Sabino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Elizardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnaldo Mirande's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nestor Elizardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Arnaldo Mirande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Elizardo having to interfere. In the 32ndth minute of the game Arturo Sabino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Pibes Regresan's Nestor Elizardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bartolo Llope could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Emilio Matai made a huge save. In the 35th match minute, Club Atletico Tonomac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Abalos to maneuver through the defense. Bartolo Llope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Octavio Mero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bartolo Llope came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Los Pibes Regresan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolo Llope couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Fernando Ospetsu made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Octavio Mero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Pibes Regresan and the Club Atletico Tonomac players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 54 played minutes Los Pibes Regresan got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Mero. Arnaldo Mirande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Elizardo having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Ovidio Tulio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Tonomac's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Pibes Regresan the free kick. Fernando Ospetsu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nestor Elizardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Mirande, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Arnaldo Mirande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fernando Ospetsu might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emilio Matai. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernando Ospetsu ran back to his position shaking his head. Club Atletico Tonomac's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
