Carahuasi AFC's Jedrzej Gozdowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Llorienzo in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Carahuasi AFC's zone, Javier Isadore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jedrzej Gozdowski came out of the goal and Javier Isadore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Newpi's Bernardino Esquipula got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ramiro Mon hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Anacleto Socorro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severiano Llorienzo in the 33rd minute of play forced Carahuasi AFC's goalkeeper Jedrzej Gozdowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donato Rojelio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeronimo Tello in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute, Javier Isadore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
