In the 20thth minute of the game Raul Hartz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defensores de Colon E.R's Ezequiel Micael was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Horacio Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Gaufred having to interfere. When Cosme Quinito fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
