Spectators: 7205 (Terracing: 5410, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rosendo Quin kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Tandil Galaxy FC's Mario Fernandes got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, HURACAN CBA's Nicolas Checa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Antonio Hanni kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Generoso Balendin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Haitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelo Firman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Haitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Faustino Orlan got free with Marcelo Firman in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Humberto Tavio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rosendo Quin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 21 minutes, Generoso Balendin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HURACAN CBA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Generoso Balendin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rosendo Quin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Humberto Tavio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justo Weather's late challenge caught a HURACAN CBA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justo Weather helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, Tandil Galaxy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Weather to maneuver through the defense. After 30 minutes of play, HURACAN CBA's Rosendo Quin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto Tavio was left in no man's land by his defense there! HURACAN CBA's Cleto Huly got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Humberto Tavio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Checa in the 34th minute of play. Tandil Galaxy FC's Humberto Tavio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosendo Quin in the 39th minute of play. Mario Fernandes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcelo Firman. HURACAN CBA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Faustino Orlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucas Haitz to strike the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Checa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The tension between the HURACAN CBA and the Tandil Galaxy FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th match minute, HURACAN CBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Loren to maneuver through the defense. After 72 played minutes Tandil Galaxy FC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Fernandes. After 76 played minutes Tandil Galaxy FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Haitz. Humberto Tavio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Balendin in the 83rd minute of the match. Cleto Huly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, HURACAN CBA's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Haitz came free, but Marcelo Firman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tandil Galaxy FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Horacio Xabel in the 91st minute. A nice corner shot did that Horacio Xabel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcelo Firman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match was over HURACAN CBA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tandil Galaxy FC throughout the match.
