Apolo Aznaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Rafael Baumar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 13 played minutes Los Panda got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Amor. In the 14th minute Uriel Lordi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Burutzagi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gogo Elequemedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Lordi in the 21st minute of play forced Los Panda's goalkeeper Serafin Burutzagi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florencio Rufo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Serafin Burutzagi made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Uriel Lordi sent off a good shot on target. Alfredo Tabb blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serafin Burutzagi having to make a save. The supporters of Los Panda booed when Boedo Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Pio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Los Panda's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Uriel Lordi scored to the left of an out of position Serafin Burutzagi, making the score, 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Apolo Aznaro was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute of the match Remigio Xabel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Serafin Burutzagi skillfully saved the ball. When Gogo Elequemedo got free in front of the goal in the 65th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Rafael Baumar was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 67th minute Apolo Aznaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Baumar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uriel Lordi struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Serafin Burutzagi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boedo Fc. Alfredo Tabb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Burutzagi having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Martin Gaitan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alfredo Tabb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 90 minutes, Delmar Tajo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Panda and the Boedo Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Delmar Tajo hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute of the match Boedo Fc got a corner. Los Panda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Remigio Xabel ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Boedo Fc's corner Remigio Xabel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Serafin Burutzagi quite easily take care of the ball.
