Jonathan Erramu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Sanchez went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute of the match Cornelio Eyague shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Erramu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Erki Äike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erki Äike might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Erramu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erki Äike ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, Vizards's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Sanchez came free, but Jonathan Erramu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Huamaca Marita FC's 贺威烽 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Olayo in the 44th minute of play. Martin Gorosti succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 47th playminute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcelino Fernandez to make the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Aurelio Petrigai shot from a long distance. Ladislao Donostia's late challenge caught a Vizards's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After having played for 71 minutes, Julio Sanchez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huamaca Marita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Sanchez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Julio Sanchez came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Huamaca Marita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Sanchez couldn't finish the play. Vizards's Jonathan Erramu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Vizards from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vizards had won after a very even match.
