After a rather tough play, Vizards's Marcelino Fernandez got a free kick in the 4th minute. Martin Gorosti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Fausto Natanael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Martin Gorosti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fausto Natanael. Deportivo El Cid's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Gorosti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Martin Onofre came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Deportivo El Cid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Onofre couldn't finish the play. In the 15th match minute, Vizards was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Petrigai to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Erramu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Onofre in the 16th minute of play. When Martin Onofre came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Deportivo El Cid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Onofre couldn't finish the play. In the 19thth minute of the game Martin Onofre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vizards's Jonathan Erramu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Deportivo El Cid's Fausto Natanael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Fernandez in the 20th minute of play. Isidoro Taurino kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Marcelino Fernandez put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fausto Natanael. Jonathan Erramu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Onofre in the 25th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltasar Olayo during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 26 played minutes Vizards got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Olayo. If Martin Onofre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Martin Onofre in the 31st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Jonathan Erramu kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-2 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. When Silvestre Dayam came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Deportivo El Cid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvestre Dayam couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes into the match, Vizards's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Onofre came free, but Jonathan Erramu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vizards's Jonathan Erramu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Onofre in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Onofre in the 44th minute of play forced Vizards's goalkeeper Jonathan Erramu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Erramu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvestre Dayam went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Marcelino Fernandez made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Erramu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Onofre's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. If Marcelino Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Paulo Acevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Onofre in the 60th minute of play forced Vizards's goalkeeper Jonathan Erramu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute Marcelino Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Natanael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Vizards's Martin Gorosti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fausto Natanael narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, Deportivo El Cid's Martin Onofre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Erramu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Jonathan Erramu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Taurino in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Onofre in the 79th minute of play forced Vizards's goalkeeper Jonathan Erramu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th match minute, Vizards was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Hernandez to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute Martin Onofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Erramu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Onofre took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Erramu. Jonathan Erramu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. With a little luck, Deportivo El Cid's Fausto Natanael got control of the ball when Martin Gorosti tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo El Cid's Victorino Dorio got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the Deportivo El Cid players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
