Spectators: 6863 (Terracing: 5050, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) Martin Onofre made the kick off and thus started the match. After 3 minutes, Mauro Palban mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manantiales AFC and the Deportivo El Cid players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mauro Palban hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the game, Cosme Gonzo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fausto Natanael. Cosme Gonzo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Miguel Asteri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Fausto Natanael made a huge save. In the 12th minute, Deportivo El Cid's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Miguel Asteri fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fausto Natanael was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Honorio Toribio. After 13 played minutes Deportivo El Cid got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Taurino. 16 minutes into the game, Manantiales AFC's Miguel Asteri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fausto Natanael made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 23rd minute Cosme Gonzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Natanael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Martin Onofre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Deportivo El Cid's Martin Onofre in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manantiales AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Manantiales AFC's zone, Isidoro Taurino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Orti came out of the goal and Isidoro Taurino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 2-1 became the score in the 40th minute when Martin Onofre elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Benjamin Manny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Fausto Natanael made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cosme Gonzo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Orti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Onofre in the 53rd minute of the match. Nicolas Orti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Onofre, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Manantiales AFC's zone, Silvestre Dayam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Orti came out of the goal and Silvestre Dayam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicolas Orti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Onofre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manantiales AFC's Nicolas Orti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Onofre in the 78th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Deportivo El Cid's goal looked a bit too open when Cosme Gonzo came free, but Fausto Natanael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Cosme Gonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolas Orti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Onofre in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Asteri in the 91st minute of play forced Deportivo El Cid's goalkeeper Fausto Natanael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Palban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Deportivo El Cid's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Asteri came free, but Fausto Natanael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Manantiales AFC could leave the field as winners, despite Deportivo El Cid having more of the ball for most of the match.
