After 11 played minutes, Manantiales AFC's Severiano Harkaitz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Erramu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Manantiales AFC reached it. Jonathan Erramu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Asteri in the 13th minute of play. In the 20th minute Miguel Asteri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Erramu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Erramu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Gonzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Martin Gorosti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cosme Gonzo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Erramu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Nicolas Orti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Gorosti in the 31st minute. The audience was convinced that Miguel Asteri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Erramu was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Cosme Gonzo made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Martin Gorosti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Orti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelino Fernandez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicolas Orti having to make a save. If Cosme Gonzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Manantiales AFC's zone, Marcelino Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Orti came out of the goal and Marcelino Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vizards's Jonathan Erramu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Vizards from getting a goal against them. 68 minutes into the match, Marcelino Fernandez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolas Orti. Manantiales AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelino Fernandez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 70th match minute, Vizards was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Olayo to maneuver through the defense. Cosme Gonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Erramu having to interfere. Jonathan Erramu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 74th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. 80 minutes into the match, Vizards's goalkeeper Jonathan Erramu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Asteri. When Marcelino Fernandez came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Vizards fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Fernandez couldn't finish the play. Cosme Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the match, Cosme Gonzo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Erramu, 1-3. The Vizards supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Manantiales AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Manantiales AFC.
