Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustavo Bernaldo in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ceferino Goren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Los pinos's Delmiro Mincho shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 55th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Eleuterio Montrelle but with some difficulty. 61 minutes into the match, Los pinos's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Bernaldo came free, but Ceferino Goren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
