Jeronimo Pacho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ariel Napier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ariel Napier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Oliveiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cecilio Oliveiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute, Leo Precioso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eleuterio Gonzalez during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Eleuterio Gonzalez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Precioso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Koldo having to interfere. If Abelardo Tadzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ariel Napier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Pacho in the 39th minute of the match. Cecilio Oliveiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ariel Napier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Jeronimo Pacho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th match minute, Choto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victoriano Bazil to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Fernández AFC's Federico Gitano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leo Precioso to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Precioso in the 51st minute of play forced Fernández AFC's goalkeeper Santos Koldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Fernández AFC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Roberto Ubarna hit a great ball. After 54 minutes, Zeledon Abajas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fernández AFC and the Choto FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zeledon Abajas kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Choto FC's goalkeeper Ariel Napier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cecilio Oliveiro. In the 61st match minute, Choto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Godoy to maneuver through the defense. Jeronimo Pacho hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. When Cecilio Oliveiro came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Fernández AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cecilio Oliveiro couldn't finish the play. Jeronimo Pacho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Pacho in the 78th minute of play forced Choto FC's goalkeeper Ariel Napier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by Jeronimo Pacho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ariel Napier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeronimo Pacho's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Santos Koldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Precioso in the 92nd minute of play. When the match was over Fernández AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Choto FC throughout the match.
