Spectators: 6677 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 4) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gaspar Opilano started the match with the kick off. Genaro Gurutz kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Arnaldo Frechoso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Arnaldo Frechoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Cortez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Patrón's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Cortez came free, but Arnaldo Frechoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inocencio Quinteros charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Inocencio Quinteros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Famaillá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inocencio Quinteros to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute of the match Paulino Theodore sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apolo Enmanuel skillfully saved the ball. When Esteban Oier fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Famaillá's protests and gave Esteban Oier a yellow card for diving instead. Esteban Oier hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Severiano Valentine recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Famaillá's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Valentine came free, but Apolo Enmanuel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tomás Caetano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Famaillá's Apolo Enmanuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Valentine in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Tomás Caetano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Patrón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Caetano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Apolo Enmanuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Valentine in the 34th minute of the match. If Gaspar Amaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th match minute, Club Atlético Patrón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Caetano to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Club Atlético Patrón booed when Famaillá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Quinteros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Famaillá's Apolo Enmanuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Valentine in the 48th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Severiano Valentine to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomás Caetano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 53 played minutes Famaillá got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Matei. Tomás Caetano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Apolo Enmanuel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Famaillá's Apolo Enmanuel got control of the ball when Tomás Caetano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute Severiano Valentine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Enmanuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 minutes of play Famaillá's Inocencio Quinteros was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Club Atlético Patrón booed when Famaillá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Quinteros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Caetano struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Apolo Enmanuel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Patrón. If Tadeo Cortez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 minutes of play Famaillá's Esteban Oier was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Esteban Oier kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severiano Valentine in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Apolo Enmanuel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomás Caetano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apolo Enmanuel having to make a save. With a little luck, Famaillá's Apolo Enmanuel got control of the ball when Tomás Caetano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Despite being the better team, Club Atlético Patrón failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
