A collision led to Marlboro F.C. getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Tomas Bartoleme hit a great ball. Timoteo Blai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Anier Cordario made a huge save. Anier Cordario didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timoteo Blai went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelo Guerau was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Marlboro F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Cordaro to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carmelo Azevedo in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Otsando saved Marlboro F.C. from getting behind. Anier Cordario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Guerau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 minutes, Fulgencio Bernad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pocho and the Marlboro F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th match minute, Pocho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Bernad to maneuver through the defense. The referee showed Marcos Marino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th minute, Marcos Marino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valentin Valente took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aquilino Otsando. Marlboro F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Teo Lluques charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teo Lluques the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Valentin Valente shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After 75 played minutes, Pocho's Ovidio Millano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aquilino Otsando came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pocho reached it. If Marcelo Guerau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Cordario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Blai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Timoteo Blai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgardo Bortzaioriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Otsando having to interfere. Aquilino Otsando was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fulgencio Bernad showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 94 minute of play. Timoteo Blai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Cordario having to interfere. Although Marlboro F.C. had been in control for most of the match, Pocho still came away with the win.
