With a left leg Nicolas Formerio saved C.S.C.C LV from getting behind. When Severiano Valentine came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Club Atlético Patrón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Valentine couldn't finish the play. 12 minutes into the match, Severiano Valentine notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of C.S.C.C LV's Nicolas Formerio. Nicolas Formerio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Enrique Chinto took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Arnaldo Frechoso to make any attempt to save it. Nicolas Formerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severiano Valentine, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnaldo Frechoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lino Cresencio went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 26 minutes into the game, Enrique Chinto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.S.C.C LV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Patrón the free kick. The supporters of Club Atlético Patrón booed when C.S.C.C LV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Chinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severiano Valentine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Nicolas Formerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31st play minutes Severiano Valentine shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Nicolas Formerio and just under the crossbar into goal. 34 minutes into the game, Tomás Caetano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Nicolas Formerio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nicolas Formerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Valentine in the 39th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Patrón's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Policarpio came free, but Arnaldo Frechoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of C.S.C.C LV booed when Club Atlético Patrón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Gurutz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

Jorge Corderun hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. C.S.C.C LV's Nicolas Formerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save C.S.C.C LV from getting a goal against them. C.S.C.C LV's Nicolas Formerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severiano Valentine in the 65th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lázaro Javiero during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, one of C.S.C.C LV:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.S.C.C LV. 73 minutes into the match, C.S.C.C LV's goalkeeper Nicolas Formerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomás Caetano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Cresencio in the 76th minute of play forced Club Atlético Patrón's goalkeeper Arnaldo Frechoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severiano Valentine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Nicolas Formerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomás Caetano might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicolas Formerio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomás Caetano ran back to his position shaking his head. Nicolas Formerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Valentine, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Enrique Chinto struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Arnaldo Frechoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.S.C.C LV.
