If Jaime Jon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marco Pedroso came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Lobocó AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Pedroso couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, Jaime Jon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolas Formerio. C.S.C.C LV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaime Jon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Inocencio Perrando stood somewhat misplaced when Lino Cresencio came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 27 minute. Enrique Chinto charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enrique Chinto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lobocó AFC booed when C.S.C.C LV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Chinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Marco Pedroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicolas Formerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Jon, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Lino Cresencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romulo Policarpio in the 41st minute of play forced Lobocó AFC's goalkeeper Inocencio Perrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, C.S.C.C LV's Lázaro Javiero got a free kick in the 42nd minute. With 48 minutes on the clock, Gonzalo Idacio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 48th minute, one of Lobocó AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lobocó AFC. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

C.S.C.C LV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romulo Policarpio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Igor Mano kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Lino Cresencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Inocencio Perrando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 91 minutes, Romulo Policarpio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
