Baldomiro Evangelista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Aguilera having to interfere. Mateo Lizbeth kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Baldomiro Evangelista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oasis's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomiro Evangelista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteban Aguilera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Oasis's Sebastian Hotz got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Victor Brun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteban Aguilera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Brun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestino Haimar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Desiderio Cordarrol's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Desiderio Cordarrol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celestino Haimar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. If Desiderio Cordarrol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Bernabel in the 45th minute of play forced Oasis's goalkeeper Celestino Haimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to Pali Vol getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Iker Abajas hit a great ball. In the 57th match minute, Pali Vol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Cordarrol to maneuver through the defense. Esteban Aguilera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Evangelista in the 60th minute of the match. Oasis's Baldomiro Evangelista got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Oasis's Victor Brun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Esteban Aguilera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Celestino Haimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Cordarrol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristo Bernabel might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celestino Haimar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristo Bernabel ran back to his position shaking his head. If Desiderio Cordarrol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baldomiro Evangelista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Aguilera having to interfere. But to his dismay, Victor Brun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When Osvaldo Madeo fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oasis's protests and gave Osvaldo Madeo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, Osvaldo Madeo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th match minute, Pali Vol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artemio Galsino to maneuver through the defense. The Pali Vol supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pali Vol would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
