Luciano Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Guter in the 3rd minute of the match. Luciano Rodriguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Leguizamón in the 12th minute of play. In the 13thth minute of the game Jeremias Guter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shen Long FC's Luciano Rodriguez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gaston Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luciano Rodriguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Leguizamón, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Flavio Leguizamón recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jeremias Guter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Guter in the 42nd minute of play forced Shen Long FC's goalkeeper Luciano Rodriguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Rodriguez charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Rodriguez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Shen Long FC's Mauro Rodriguez got a free kick in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the game, one of Shen Long FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Silvano Beturian walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jeremias Guter made the kick off in the second half. Gilberto Oriol charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilberto Oriol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gilberto Oriol kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After having played for 57 minutes, Flavio Leguizamón managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dolores FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Leguizamón was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Shen Long FC's Luciano Rodriguez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Shen Long FC from getting a goal against them. Jeremias Guter's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luciano Rodriguez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Jeremias Guter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Leguizamón in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luciano Rodriguez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
