Spectators: 7222 (Terracing: 5418, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Baldomiro Regis got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Mendiko in the 6th minute of play forced Ramallo FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Dalmai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Mendiko took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiburcio Dalmai. Tiburcio Dalmai dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Tiburcio Dalmai stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guaberto Jakue's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Tiburcio Dalmai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Mendiko in the 15th minute of play. Florentino Galtero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Tiburcio Dalmai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiburcio Dalmai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Jakue in the 21st minute of the match. Baldomiro Regis charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Baldomiro Regis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, Fernando Eleder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dorrego's Guaberto Jakue got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Teofilo Mendiko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dorrego's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofilo Mendiko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Dalmai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guaberto Jakue fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Dalmai having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Ramallo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Mendiko came free, but Tiburcio Dalmai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Guaberto Jakue fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dorrego's protests and gave Guaberto Jakue a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Dorrego's Guaberto Jakue got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ramallo FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Dalmai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Guaberto Jakue had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofilo Mendiko in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiburcio Dalmai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guaberto Jakue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Tiburcio Dalmai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teofilo Mendiko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Guaberto Jakue came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Dorrego fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Jakue couldn't finish the play. In the 56th minute, Teofilo Mendiko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tiburcio Dalmai. The goal made the score 0-2. Tiburcio Dalmai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Nerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 61 minutes, Teofilo Mendiko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dorrego's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Mendiko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Ramallo FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Rafael Federigo hit a great ball. Teofilo Mendiko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guaberto Jakue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiburcio Dalmai was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Teofilo Mendiko capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Teofilo Mendiko really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Ramallo FC's Tiburcio Dalmai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Mendiko in the 80th minute of play. Tiburcio Dalmai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Mendiko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Baldomiro Regis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Ramallo FC booed when Dorrego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Ereinotz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Dorrego could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ramallo FC throughout the match.
