Los Vasquitos FC's Guido Orixe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Gervaso in the 20th minute of play. Luisito Gervaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Guido Orixe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilario Argiders short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Orlando Efraim to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Hilario Argider came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Los Vasquitos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilario Argider couldn't finish the play. Luisito Gervaso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Los Vasquitos FC's Hilario Argider got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Narciso Salvino to make the kick off. In the 62nd minute, Narciso Salvino fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Guido Orixe, passed just outside the right post. In the 65th minute, Hilario Argider got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hilario Argider's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orlando Efraim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Hilario Argider made a precise shot to the right of Orlando Efraim. Olympia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Jimeno Tallia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Narciso Salvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Guido Orixe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higinio Raulo hit a great ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
