After 12 played minutes Independiente FC got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Padro. Ovidio Padro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guido Orixe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Higinio Raulo's late challenge caught a Independiente FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Raulo helped the player get up and apologised. Higinio Raulo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Balasi in the 40th minute of play forced Los Vasquitos FC's goalkeeper Guido Orixe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ovidio Padro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guido Orixe was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Silvio Gartzea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilario Argider, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Hilario Argider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Silvio Gartzea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Balasi might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guido Orixe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felix Balasi ran back to his position shaking his head. After 92 played minutes, Los Vasquitos FC's Remigio Oinaz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silvio Gartzea came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Vasquitos FC reached it. Silvio Gartzea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Argider in the 93rd minute of play. Francisco Perez hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When Los Vasquitos FC's Hilario Argider in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
