Spectators: 7226 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Domingo Cristos took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Esperanza AFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jonathan Rosario hit a great ball. If Domingo Cristos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esperanza AFC's goalkeeper Ruben Galindo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gualterio Jerrold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ruben Galindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gualterio Jerrold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 24 minutes, Domingo Cristos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Modorra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingo Cristos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute, Gualterio Jerrold left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Modorra FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 28 minutes into the game, Domingo Cristos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ruben Galindo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Celedonio Horado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Esperanza AFC fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Esperanza AFC's Paolo Gartxot looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gualterio Jerrold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Galindo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Jerrold in the 48th minute of play forced Esperanza AFC's goalkeeper Ruben Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Modorra FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Anselmo Pelayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paolo Gartxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Filipo having to interfere. Gualterio Jerrold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Galindo having to interfere. Jonathan Rosario hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. When Humberto Ofelio came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Modorra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Ofelio couldn't finish the play. Gualterio Jerrold recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gualterio Jerrold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 74th minute, Modorra FC's Domingo Cristos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ruben Galindo. Ruben Galindo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The supporters of Esperanza AFC booed when Modorra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Esdras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esperanza AFC's Gualterio Guillelmus got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paolo Gartxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Astor Filipo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th match minute, Modorra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Ofelio to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Pelayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruben Galindo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gualterio Jerrold in the 95th minute. Domingo Cristos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Modorra FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
