Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Saverio Peli took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of ATLETICO EMPALME booed when Raspa y Gana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabe Gutierrez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Saverio Peli came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the ATLETICO EMPALME fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saverio Peli couldn't finish the play. If Angelino Umbruso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to ATLETICO EMPALME getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Juan Domenec hit a great ball. Edelmiro Remicio's late challenge caught a ATLETICO EMPALME's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edelmiro Remicio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, Isidro Casado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ambrosio Presebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Sandaili in the 32nd minute of play. Saverio Peli struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Inocencio Chuan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ATLETICO EMPALME. After 44 minutes of play, ATLETICO EMPALME's Angelino Umbruso made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Inocencio Chuan was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half ATLETICO EMPALME were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saturnino Sandaili made a kick off. Ambrosio Presebal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Sandaili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ambrosio Presebal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Sandaili in the 55th minute of the match. Delmiro Marino's late challenge caught a Raspa y Gana FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmiro Marino helped the player get up and apologised. Delmiro Marino kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 60th play minute Angelino Umbruso came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Inocencio Chuan. 0-2. If Saturnino Sandaili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saturnino Sandaili recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Raspa y Gana FC's Leo Eriz got a free kick in the 75th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Raspa y Gana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Peli came free, but Inocencio Chuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Raspa y Gana FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Leo Eriz hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute of the match, Saverio Peli tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Inocencio Chuan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Saverio Peli managed to get in a good position for a shot. ATLETICO EMPALME's supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Peli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inocencio Chuan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Saverio Peli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The ATLETICO EMPALME players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
