Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Batista started the match with the kick off. Daniel Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Iban having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Marcinho Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute, Daniel Batista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Iban was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Alberto Iban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Rumaldo in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute Robustiano Rumaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Iban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 22 minutes on the clock, Dharanija Chatterjee commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Arenaza! An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Rumaldo in the 27th minute of play forced Arenaza's goalkeeper Alberto Iban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Iban came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Altamira's Fidel Galindo. But to his dismay, Fidel Galindo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. A collision led to Arenaza getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Reynaldo Barto hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the game, Daniel Batista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Alberto Iban was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geronimo Licerio to make the kick off. Arenaza's Alberto Iban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Arenaza from getting a goal against them. Robustiano Rumaldo made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 57thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Alberto Iban would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Robustiano Rumaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Iban having to interfere. Robustiano Rumaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reynaldo Barto hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Daniel Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Alberto Iban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Arenaza's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Batista came free, but Alberto Iban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Rumaldo took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alberto Iban. Alberto Iban dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The audience was convinced that Daniel Batista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alberto Iban was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Altamira's Alberto Iban threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Daniel Batista, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Adan Illart came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Arenaza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adan Illart couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Daniel Batista took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Alberto Iban to make any attempt to save it.
