In the 6th minute, Angelino Umbruso made a precise shot to the right of Alberto Iban. Arenaza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. A collision led to Arenaza getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Geronimo Licerio hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Alberto Iban successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 13 minutes into the game, Angelino Umbruso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Alberto Iban was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Angelino Umbruso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Iban having to interfere. Alberto Iban was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Delmiro Marino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Delmiro Marino really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. After 24 minutes of play, Arenaza's Marcinho Luz made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ambrosio Presebal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alberto Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Peli in the 29th minute of the match. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Arenaza! Alberto Iban made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Angelino Umbruso sent off a good shot on target. Ambrosio Presebal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcinho Luz in the 44th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcinho Luz was the one to do the kick off. Ambrosio Presebal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcinho Luz in the 56th minute. Marcinho Luz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, Marcinho Luz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ambrosio Presebal. The goal made the score 3-2. A collision led to ATLETICO EMPALME getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Saverio Peli hit a great ball. Alberto Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Umbruso in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 76th minute of the match Honorato Dolcet sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alberto Iban skillfully saved the ball. Alberto Iban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Umbruso, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. When ATLETICO EMPALME's Saverio Peli in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Peli in the 89th minute of play forced Arenaza's goalkeeper Alberto Iban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Arenaza's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Peli came free, but Alberto Iban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Iban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Umbruso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Iban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Umbruso, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. ATLETICO EMPALME's Angelino Umbruso got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the ATLETICO EMPALME players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
