Carolo Jatsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Los Matadores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tito Cuebas came free, but Gualterio Ostadar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gonzalo Cresitobalo fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Matadores FC's protests and gave Gonzalo Cresitobalo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ostende booed when Los Matadores FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Cresitobalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gualterio Ostadar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tito Cuebas in the 11th minute of the match. Tito Cuebas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Los Matadores FC booed when Ostende was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Abalos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 16 minutes of play, Los Matadores FC's Carolo Jatsu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaudencio Feo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Los Matadores FC's Carolo Jatsu got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardino Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Michael in the 26th minute of play forced Ostende's goalkeeper Gaudencio Feo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th match minute, Ostende was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo George to maneuver through the defense. Los Matadores FC's Roque Bartuelo got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ostende's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tadeo George in the 38th minute. Tito Cuebas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 41 minutes into the match, Santos Perfecto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gualterio Ostadar. Los Matadores FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Perfecto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Gualterio Ostadar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tito Cuebas in the 48th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Gonzalo Cresitobalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carolo Jatsu's late challenge caught a Ostende's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carolo Jatsu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th minute Santos Perfecto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Ostadar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gualterio Ostadar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Perfecto in the 62nd minute of the match. Santos Perfecto hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Los Matadores FC's attack was well implemented in the 72nd minute, but when Carolo Jatsu was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Tito Cuebas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Ostadar having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Gonzalo Cresitobalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute of the match Tadeo George sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gualterio Ostadar skillfully saved the ball. Santos Perfecto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualterio Ostadar having to interfere. After 95 played minutes, Ostende's Samuel Otoniel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gualterio Ostadar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ostende reached it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ostende fans cheered their team off the field, for while Los Matadores FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
