Bidon Mata Tiki Tiki's Jonatan Galo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Bidon Mata Tiki Tiki from getting a goal against them. After 8 played minutes FC El Aguante got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Balesio. After a rather tough play, FC El Aguante's Guaberto Tabby got a free kick in the 12th minute. 20 minutes in the game, Abelardo Balesio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jonatan Galo having to interfere. A collision led to Bidon Mata Tiki Tiki getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Angelo Lucado hit a great ball. Everardo Dacio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Guaberto Tabby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicasio Iago kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Abelardo Balesio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the game, Angelo Lucado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bidon Mata Tiki Tiki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC El Aguante the free kick. After having played for 38 minutes, Guaberto Tabby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC El Aguante's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Tabby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cosme Orlondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonatan Galo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Balesio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 57thth minute of the game Cosme Orlondo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC El Aguante's Apolo Lawrence was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abelardo Balesio struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Jonatan Galo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC El Aguante. In the 62nd minute FC El Aguante were awarded a corner. Everardo Dacio went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Everardo Dacio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonatan Galo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Abelardo Balesio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC El Aguante's Guaberto Tabby got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 71 minutes, Cornelio Eliu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bidon Mata Tiki Tiki's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornelio Eliu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bidon Mata Tiki Tiki's Cornelio Eliu got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 89 played minutes Bidon Mata Tiki Tiki got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Orlondo. If Abelardo Balesio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC El Aguante players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
