The supporters of NY Red Bulls booed when Atletico Brutal Death was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Mikeldi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, one of Atletico Brutal Death:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 14 minutes into the game, Samuel Claus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Octavio Tome was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 17th match minute, Atletico Brutal Death was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Jago to maneuver through the defense. Christian Jago might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Iratzeder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Jago ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Iratzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Jago, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When Christian Jago came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Atletico Brutal Death fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Jago couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, NY Red Bulls's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Nahia came free, but Tomas Iratzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Nemesio Nahia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Epifanio Gaspard charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Epifanio Gaspard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96thth minute of the game Nemesio Nahia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NY Red Bulls's Tomas Iratzeder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Atletico Brutal Death eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
