Spectators: 6880 (Terracing: 5379, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 1) Simon Sustrai made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Julio Transito managed to get in a good position for a shot. NY Red Bulls's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Transito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Froila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to NY Red Bulls getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Epifanio Gaspard hit a great ball. Nunez Quintyn's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Froila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. When Nunez Quintyn came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the NY Red Bulls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nunez Quintyn couldn't finish the play. Julio Transito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ermegildo Froila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Transito, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Nunez Quintyn kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Nunez Quintyn hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The supporters of Rosetti booed when NY Red Bulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Gaspard didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Rosetti's Ignacio Elequemedo got a free kick in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Txaran in the 37th minute of play forced NY Red Bulls's goalkeeper Tomas Iratzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Simon Sustrai got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Simon Sustrai might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Iratzeder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Simon Sustrai ran back to his position shaking his head. Felipe Txaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Tomas Iratzeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Rosetti's Ermegildo Froila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Rosetti from getting a goal against them. Rosetti's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luisito Astigar in the 63rd minute. The supporters of Rosetti booed when NY Red Bulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Gaspard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, Fabricio Enaut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81 minutes Rosetti's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Samuel Claus who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Romeo Pueblo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Ermegildo Froila made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Nunez Quintyn sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th match minute, Rosetti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Socorro to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Iratzeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Sustrai, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Julio Transito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Ermegildo Froila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
