Godfredo Lucian charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Godfredo Lucian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Godfredo Lucian hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After 23 minutes of play, Villanueba F.C's Silvano Fagondo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavio Tome was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christian Jago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Prudencio Remigio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorio Ekain in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Tome saved Atletico Brutal Death from getting behind. If Christian Jago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santos Laurgain hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Christian Jago scored 2-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Prudencio Remigio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victorio Ekain to strike the kick off in the second half. Prudencio Remigio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Nahia in the 54th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Silvio Weather put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Octavio Tome. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorio Ekain in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Octavio Tome saved Atletico Brutal Death from getting behind. If Godfredo Lucian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 67 minutes into the game, Rory McTommy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villanueba F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico Brutal Death the free kick. After a rather tough play, Villanueba F.C's Rory McTommy got a free kick in the 67th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Nahia in the 69th minute of play forced Villanueba F.C's goalkeeper Prudencio Remigio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Nemesio Nahia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prudencio Remigio. Villanueba F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nemesio Nahia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Villanueba F.C's Prudencio Remigio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Jago in the 79th minute of play. Atletico Brutal Death's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Godfredo Lucian scored to the left of an out of position Octavio Tome, making the score, 3-4. If Nemesio Nahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopoldo Figueroa's late challenge caught a Villanueba F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leopoldo Figueroa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Atletico Brutal Death's Leopoldo Figueroa got a free kick in the 89th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Villanueba F.C had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
