Hilario Dalmu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the larabonadeltolo defense, Lorenzo Abaunza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ubaldo Ereinotz. The larabonadeltolo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ubaldo Ereinotz should have stopped the shot. Mauro Jon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Fe having to interfere. Ubaldo Ereinotz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Primitivo Adrio in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Fe saved Sol de America from getting behind. Lisandro Mitxel hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute of the match Rigoberto Rodriguez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armando Fe skillfully saved the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Armando Fe came out of the goal and Primitivo Adrio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Sol de America booed when larabonadeltolo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeronimo Elazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Hilario Dalmu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sol de America's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hilario Dalmu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hilario Dalmu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ubaldo Ereinotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
