A collision led to Sparkling getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Erasmo Hondo hit a great ball. Leopoldo Idacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Adrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Albino Llanos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sparkling's Evelio Azibar couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for larabonadeltolo. Albino Llanos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Ereinotz having to interfere. Ubaldo Ereinotz made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Leonardo Bittor sent off a good shot on target. When Mauro Jon came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the larabonadeltolo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Jon couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Sparkling's Erasmo Hondo got a free kick in the 31st minute. Leonardo Bittor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ubaldo Ereinotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Primitivo Adrio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Leopoldo Idacio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mauro Jon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauro Jon was the one to do the kick off. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Sparkling's goalkeeper Leopoldo Idacio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Gombal. The larabonadeltolo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing larabonadeltolo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
