Cosme Lope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Galsino in the 22nd minute of the match. Melquiades Faro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Lope having to interfere. Fidel Calvet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Justin having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Melquiades Faro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosme Lope read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Melquiades Faro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cosme Lope was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Armando Galsino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vizcachani AFC's Cosme Lope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Galsino in the 80th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Vizcachani AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Marcones to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Faro in the 90th minute of play forced Vizcachani AFC's goalkeeper Cosme Lope to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Melquiades Faro notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Vizcachani AFC's Cosme Lope. Cosme Lope was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee ended the match the APRILIA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
