Mala Fama FC's Augusto Remir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Ereinotz in the 5th minute of play. Tomás Oroitz's late challenge caught a Resbalito FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Oroitz helped the player get up and apologised. Resbalito FC's Reynaldo Cordairo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mala Fama FC. Ramiro Nicholas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Txilar having to interfere. The supporters of Mala Fama FC booed when Resbalito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Beat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th match minute, Resbalito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Ereinotz to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Leonel Diagur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eloy Txilar was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After 25 minutes, Leonel Diagur made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Resbalito FC's Eloy Txilar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 28 played minutes Resbalito FC got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Oxel. Eloy Txilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Nicholas, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Resbalito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Cordario came free, but Eloy Txilar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Ramiro Nicholas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eloy Txilar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Leonel Diagur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Txilar having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonel Diagur in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eloy Txilar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mala Fama FC were furious when Timoteo Lonzo was red carded, 40 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 39 minutes into the game, one of Mala Fama FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 47th minute, Genaro Naelio made a precise shot to the right of Augusto Remir. Mala Fama FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teobaldo Ereinotz made a kick off. Augusto Remir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Oxel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleto Beat kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Luciano Eguntsenti took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eloy Txilar. Eloy Txilar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. After a defensive mix-up in Resbalito FC's zone, Luciano Eguntsenti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eloy Txilar came out of the goal and Luciano Eguntsenti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luciano Eguntsenti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute Teobaldo Ereinotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Remir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Ramiro Nicholas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mala Fama FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Nicholas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eloy Txilar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the match, Genaro Naelio notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of Mala Fama FC's Augusto Remir. Augusto Remir was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luciano Eguntsenti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Txilar having to interfere. Christian Cordario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Txilar having to interfere. In the 96th play minute Luciano Eguntsenti came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eloy Txilar. 3-5. Mala Fama FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
