Augusto Remir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFALP. Augusto Remir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Orti in the 7th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as AFALP's Gogo Vedillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Augusto Remir. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. The supporters of Mala Fama FC booed when AFALP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Vedillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17thth minute of the game Leonel Diagur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFALP's Gaudencio Pirmin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 19 played minutes AFALP got a freekick which was hit by Roman Gau. If Jaime Dunixi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaudencio Pirmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Diagur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Oroitz took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaudencio Pirmin. Gaudencio Pirmin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 37 played minutes Mala Fama FC got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Lonzo. Gaudencio Pirmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Cordario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ramiro Nicholas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonel Diagur to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Diagur in the 54th minute of play forced AFALP's goalkeeper Gaudencio Pirmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Mala Fama FC's Sixto Jerrold got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 57 played minutes AFALP got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Vedillo. Gaudencio Pirmin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonel Diagur's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonel Diagur got free with Gaudencio Pirmin in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65thth minute of the game Jaime Dunixi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mala Fama FC's Augusto Remir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leonel Diagur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Pirmin having to interfere. Augusto Remir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Orti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Oroitz's late challenge caught a AFALP's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Oroitz helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Mala Fama FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Oroitz. If Gaspar Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, AFALP's goalkeeper Gaudencio Pirmin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramiro Nicholas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Orti in the 81st minute of play forced Mala Fama FC's goalkeeper Augusto Remir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Gaspar Orti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Remir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AFALP's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Christian Cordario scored to the left of an out of position Gaudencio Pirmin, making the score, 1-2. Gaudencio Pirmin acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 95th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Timoteo Lonzo. Mala Fama FC played a much better game than AFALP and deserved their victory. The AFALP players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
