After a defensive mix-up in Terra FC's zone, Roque Bidari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Ado came out of the goal and Roque Bidari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Terra FC's Rogelio Ferrer got a free kick in the 5th minute. Clemente Ado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Karmel in the 6th minute of the match. Honorio Orain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Playo having to interfere. Eugenio Playo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Montrelle in the 13th minute of the match. If Roque Bidari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of La Piojera booed when Terra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Ferrer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Roque Bidari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clemente Ado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Karmel, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute, Honorio Orain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Rogelio Ferrer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, La Piojera's Benicio Olando tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Eugenio Playo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Montrelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Roque Bidari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Clemente Ado made a huge save. Eugenio Playo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of German Montrelle's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. German Montrelle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Eugenio Playo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clemente Ado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolo Karmel in the 65th minute of play. If Bartolo Karmel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute German Montrelle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Playo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to La Piojera getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Uriel Gelmiro hit a great ball. Eugenio Playo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Montrelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Eugenio Playo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Montrelle in the 95th minute of play. The La Piojera supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing La Piojera would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
