Spectators: 7177 (Terracing: 5385, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Arnoldo Benvido made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Manuel Etxatxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the game, Reserva's Hipolito Remigio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luis Piarres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Maximo Fix hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Mario Buinton, 12 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gervasio Gorka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonel Domiku made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Benvido in the 17th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Cresitobalo in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Piarres saved Marini AFC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Arnoldo Benvido's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonel Domiku was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 24th of the match, Arnoldo Benvido tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Leonel Domiku got in the way and made a wonderful save. After a defensive mix-up in Marini AFC's zone, Bernardo Cresitobalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Piarres came out of the goal and Bernardo Cresitobalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gervasio Gorka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Leonel Domiku tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Gorka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Domiku having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Hipolito Remigio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luis Piarres. Marini AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hipolito Remigio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Hipolito Remigio made the kick off in the second half. Gervasio Gorka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonel Domiku having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnoldo Benvido in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonel Domiku prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Marini AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Delmiro Itzaina hit a great ball. Hipolito Remigio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Marini AFC's Luis Piarres got control of the ball when Bernardo Cresitobalo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernardo Cresitobalo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luis Piarres having to make a save. Delmar Iratzeder kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Hipolito Remigio fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Bernardo Cresitobalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Piarres having to interfere. In the 82nd minute of the match Anacleto Normando shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luis Piarres showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Manuel Etxatxu kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. A collision led to Marini AFC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Delmar Iratzeder hit a great ball. When Hipolito Remigio came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Reserva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Remigio couldn't finish the play. Luis Piarres came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Reserva's Hipolito Remigio. But to his dismay, Hipolito Remigio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.
