The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herminio Urre to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Saverio Idacio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Angelino Vimaro, passed just outside the right post. After 55 played minutes Club Atletico RiverPlate got a freekick which was hit by Julian Garoa. Pampita FC's Urbano Gaizkine couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 56th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Club Atletico RiverPlate. When Pampita FC's Herminio Urre in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Julian Garoa fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico RiverPlate's protests and gave Julian Garoa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Julian Garoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saverio Idacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Angelino Vimaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saverio Idacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Pampita FC's zone, Aldo Otsando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaac Urritz came out of the goal and Aldo Otsando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Club Atletico RiverPlate's Aldo Otsando got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aldo Otsando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
