In the 14th minute Modesto Montrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Loi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Teofilo Oso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorato Iyan struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Nicanor Oidor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chepes. Nicanor Oidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Iyan in the 24th minute of the match. Geronimo Iyan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicanor Oidor having to make a save. Nicanor Oidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Iyan in the 29th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Modesto Montrel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Angel Loi came out and tried to block the shot, but Modesto Montrel slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 52nd minute. In the 57th match minute, Luis futbol club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Lehen to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Iyan in the 61st minute of play forced Luis futbol club's goalkeeper Nicanor Oidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Chepes's Honorato Iyan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicanor Oidor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Angel Loi made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Eusebio Peli sent off a good shot on target. Nicanor Oidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Iyan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Teofilo Gabino came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Luis futbol club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Gabino couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chepes fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! Marco Lehen shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Modesto Montrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Santo kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Eusebio Peli succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 99th playminute. Luis futbol club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
