Teofilo Martino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaac Orti went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Isaac Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Lizer hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After 35 played minutes Lavalle got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Lixandro. Isaac Orti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lavalle's Teofilo Martino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Orti in the 46th minute of play. 49 minutes into the match, Lavalle's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Eneas came free, but Teofilo Martino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Saladillo AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobias Eneas made a kick off. If Pascual Gagriel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the match, Saladillo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Kelemen came free, but Rosendo Ugutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Joaquin Elixio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Lavalle's Teofilo Martino got control of the ball when Isaac Orti tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tobias Eneas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roman Pepillo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Isaac Orti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Teofilo Martino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Saladillo AFC's zone, Joaquin Elixio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Ugutz came out of the goal and Joaquin Elixio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ramiro Luar hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Guaberto Kelemen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Saladillo AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
