Spectators: 7208 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) When Mario Cristofol came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Teamgeist fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Cristofol couldn't finish the play. Nicanor Oidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Cristofol in the 5th minute of play. Nicanor Oidor was a little too slow when Mario Cristofol got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Peli in the 20th minute of play forced Teamgeist's goalkeeper Lucio Garikoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Beat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Teamgeist's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luis futbol club the free kick. Luis futbol club's Marco Lehen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Teamgeist. Modesto Montrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Lucio Garikoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucio Garikoitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusebio Peli went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the game, Mario Cristofol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nicanor Oidor. Mario Cristofol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Cristofol in the 35th minute of play forced Luis futbol club's goalkeeper Nicanor Oidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Cristofol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Nicanor Oidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Teamgeist's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Montrel came free, but Lucio Garikoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 49 minutes, Modesto Montrel put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Lucio Garikoitz. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mario Cristofol to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Luis futbol club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. Albino Marin, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nicanor Oidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Cristofol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Modesto Montrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Lucio Garikoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mario Cristofol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis futbol club's Modesto Montrel was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 66th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Lucio Garikoitz was a little too slow when Eliseo Barbosa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 2-4. Eusebio Peli hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Lino Fernado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Teamgeist fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. If Mario Cristofol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Mario Cristofol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicanor Oidor. Luis futbol club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mario Cristofol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4.
