Nicanor Oidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Elixio in the 35th minute of play. Mario Horado kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Eusebio Peli's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Teofilo Martino skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Uriel Maore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquin Elixio to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Guaberto Kelemen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lavalle's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Kelemen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicanor Oidor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicanor Oidor didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lavalle's Joaquin Elixio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 84 minutes, Roman Pepillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lavalle and the Luis futbol club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mario Horado hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match.
